  3. Fasting still. Will fast until about 1pm and have a little something before work. Some kind of veggie or fruit and an egg white. Going to bring green beans, apple, and maybe orange to work along with some veggie straws.
    Working hard to stay in a strict deficit. Havent been doing so great at it lately even though I mai ly eat fruits and veggies but going to really crack down with diet and exercise starting this week. I really want to lose these last 10 lbs that just bother me!

    1. Isn’t that frustrating when you just have a few left to go? I try to maintain within 5 pounds. It’s amazing how it fluctuates day to day and you can just FEEL itπŸ˜–
