    2. Its wet heavy snow yuck. Fortunately only had to do a path on deck and the stairs neighbor plowed. Thinking i may switch my mind to treadmill lol. Ill let you guys know what I pick!

    30 min on elliptical
    100 counter push-ups

  3. Ended up doing treadmill for 30 mins. Did 3,853 steps total (according to my watch thats 1.9 miles with my step length. But average mile is about 2300 steps).
    Anyway speed was between 3-3.6mph (varied speed for workout) then a 1 min cool down.
    My stretches after a sudden knot (I FELT IT HAPPEN WITH MY HAND IT WAS WEIRD!!) Formed in my quad muscle. It was then i remembered I havent had my potassium supplements Im prescribed for over a week!! Yike!! No wonder my fluid is bad! So refilled em today theyll be ready sometime tomorrow hopefully.
    Cleaned my house too.
