  1. Overdid last night’s meal, so will be more conscientious today..
    Breakfast: slice of 12 grain toast with peanut butter and wheat germ
    Lunch: small plate of leftover tator tot casserole

  2. Had about 2tbsp peanuts and a couple celery sticks today. Not much appetite. Gotta try to have something before work tomorrow.
