  1. Trying to get hungry… thinking I’ll have blueberries and cottage cheese for breakfast, a beef burger sandwich for lunch, and a grilled chicken salad for supper out tonight

  2. Sounds good Cindy!
    I had some raw green beans, a raw mushroom with a lil light ranch, a few veggie chips with salsa and a few cauliflower stalks, a serving of olives, and a few blackberries. Lol like Beth, I eat just a few of this or a couple of that and Im good!
    It doesnt add up to much though. So I will try to finish supper later.
    Thinj Ill roast some green beans. Veggies roasting now for my egg white bake for possibly tonight but def need to make one for work tomorrow.
    I got some arctic zero in case I dont want much "real food" for supper. Its made with fava beans lol. But tastes like a less creamy thick ice cream!

  4. Breakfast: 1/2 avocado on 1/2 English muffin
    Lunch: 4 oz salmon salad
    Dinner?

      I had a whole grain English muffin with fried egg for breakfast. I will be having a Caesar salad for lunch. I'm not sure about my supper yet.

    2. My lunch changed to an iced coffee black and a quest chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar. Mmmm.teally enjoyed!

  5. Will be doing a fast today from breakfast to breakfast, so I’m having a light English muffin with egg, slice of turkey bacon, and half a slice of Swiss cheese. Might even top it with a slice of garden tomato.!

    1. This is a fasting day for me as well. I will break my fast this evening with scrambled eggs and 2 slices of turkey bacon.

    2. Good luck, I hope you had a good day!. My fast is not turning out to be what I wanted, as a friend that I haven’t seen forever is stopping and wants a glass of wine. I will try very hard to have one glass and not break my eating until breakfast.

    3. Having a glass or two of wine and good conversation with a friend is great for your emotional health!
      You also have the "option" to break today's fast and begin again tomorrow.🌞

    4. Thanks Julie, I’m glad you agree with me that my friendships and re-connections so overpower other things in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed that two glasses of wine with my dear friend!!

  6. Eating what I can past couple days. Need to focus on my fluids. My skin is tenting on my hands when I pinch it from dehydration 😬😬😬 so right now its definitely about the water and electrolytes for me!

    2. It was very nice. She ordered lemon pepper cod, I ordered torsk, and we shared ,with a half baked potato. Yummy!

  8. No plans as of yet! Will need to be conscious of what I eat since I’m not at home and am without a plan for today.

    1. Had a piece of toast to take my meds for breakfast. Lunch was a BLT wrap with garden veggies. Supper looks to be some fish my hubby brought back from his trip.

  9. Sounds like youve had some good days Cindy!
    Today is a soup day for me. Cloudy and chilly and im worn out from work. So I did a run to the store to get more coffee and a couole deals before they expired and Im having light soups and wine on the couch with the dog.

  10. Birthday brunch for my 3 yo granddaughter today…hoping for egg casserole?
    Chili at our club drawing tonight(I will skip the cinnamon rolls I will be bringing go with it.)

  11. Been roasting veggies. Had some raw green beans and raw mushroom slices. A few blackberries and some olives.Trying to eat today. Its been a struggle lately. My stomach is just not doing great.
