Deliberate movement will be clean and push/bag mow my lawn 11/2 hours

ReplyDeleteToday's movement is putting up the stores truck and doing laundry π§Ί oh so much laundry... /sigh children wear to many clothes lol

DeleteI hope you get some "you" time to relax this evening. Not an easy feat with children and a spouse, but I hope you get a chance to sit and just "breathe" for a few minutes at least. Take care!
There won’t be much deliberate movement after twisting my knee at golf last night. Woke up to some pain so am wearing my brace for support. All will be fine! Glad I can still play with grandies tonight!

I have knee, leg, ankle, wrist, and upper arm braces from past injuries. Its good to hand onto them because you never know when you'll twist or strain something and they do help or at least "seem" to for me.
Speedy recovery friend and thank goodness for the Grandies to distract you from the pain!
Thanks you two! Kept the brace on all day, iced it some this afternoon, and feels pretty good now. Will see what morning brings.

DeleteI hope you're knee cooperates for your golf outing today. I would wear your knee brace if possible, or bring it along in case your knee pain flares up again.

DeleteToday is going to be a beautiful day. I have errands to do and I may enjoy some walking today. Not too much crazy cleaning to do since I did so much on Tuesday. Just the floors and the counters and my usualy sanitizing in the bathroom. Maybe I will look into some projects around the house to work on. Or start making a list.

DeleteJust carrying my towel, and purse while walking through the sand really worked my ankles and shins last time I went. I need to plan a beach day before year's end b
I just realized that I forgot to put my activity watch on this morning. Oh, well. I got my heart pumping good and am feeling energetic this morning. I will definitely be getting more walking in today.

I need to start somewhere to have a routine of movement/daily challenge. Since walking elliptical is not grabbing me right now, I’m going to devote time to counter/table push-ups again and work on my strength. Maybe I will get motivated to walk againπ€·♀️Today I will start with 25 pushups and increase my daily goal

DeleteI just got back from a mile walk and Bella & I collected a trip of neighborhood cats along the way!
They're in the front yard discussing their adventure and what they should do next. Lol!

My deliberate movement for today will be several neighborhood walks and running some errands I will park furthest away from the 2 store's I'm going to for added steps.

Im with you on the needing a routine Cindy. But I also have been trying to be more forgiving of my body/self. RSV, 2 rounds of covid, and surgery in 10 months? Thats a lot for 1 body esp with health conditions. And last round of COVID was only 8ish weeks after surgery and I worked through a lot of it. And that was not that long ago!

DeleteOh and todays deliberate movement was cleaning, running up and down flights of stairs, and just work in general for a few hours. :)
